In Indonesia, Oppo launched its A16 smartphone. The company will likely launch the OPPO A16 in India after launching the OPPO A15 last year, but at present, we do not know when to expect the launch date for the Oppo A16 in India. The smartphone is the successor to last year’s OPPO A15 device. The smartphone features a 6.52-inch LCD display, a MediaTek Helio G35 SoC, a triple rear camera setup at the back, and a 5,000mAh battery.

There is only one configuration available for this smartphone which is the 3/32 storage variant. Indonesian consumers can purchase the OPPO A16 via major online retail stores. There has been no mention of whether the smartphone will be available outside of Indonesia.
Regarding its cost, IDR 19,99,000 (roughly around Rs 10,300) is the price for the OPPO A16 with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage in Indonesia.
Oppo A16 Specifications and features
As talking about its display, this smartphone features a 6.52-inch HD+LCD panel with a 60Hz refresh rate. The OPPO A16 sports a V-shaped notch up top. Camera-Wise, this smartphone features a 13MP primary camera at the back along with a 2MP macro sensor and a 2MP monochrome camera. Talking about its front camera, this smartphone gets an 8MP camera for video calls and taking photos.
Performance-wise this smartphone runs Android 11 with its ColorOS 11.1 and is powered by MediaTek Helio G35 SoC. Oppo A16 gets only one configuration that is 3+32GB storage. Besides a fingerprint scanner on the side, the phone also has a face unlock function.
There is a 5,000 mAh battery inside the phone, but the brand hasn’t specified the charging speed yet. Oppo A16 connectivity options include 4G, dual SIM cards, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS with BeiDou, GLONASS, GALILEO, QZSS, and USB Type-C 2.0 port for charging and data transfers.
